Credentialing services may be canceled before work has started or an application has been submitted.
Once Credentialing Genie has begun preparing, processing, or submitting an application to an insurance payer, fees related to that work are non-refundable.
If an application has already been submitted, cancellation does not guarantee that the payer will stop processing the application. Credentialing Genie may contact the payer to request withdrawal or termination upon request, but additional service fees may apply if additional work is required.
Credentialing fees are charged for the credentialing work performed and applications submitted, not for approval by the insurance company. Credentialing Genie does not guarantee approval, participation, reimbursement rates, or processing time.
For recurring plans or subscription services, cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund fees for services already provided or work already performed.
